UniNet is not generally available. We work with a small number of teams building autonomous software on the network, and we publish the build state before the conversation rather than after it.
Tell us what you are building. If the primitives you need are the ones that work today, we will say so. If they are on the list that is not finished, we will say that instead.
Qualification
Six answers, six primitives
The checkbox group in the form is not a segment label. Each answer names the subsystem your system would depend on, and each of those subsystems already has a published state.

Not implemented means the subsystem does not exist today. In development means it exists and is incomplete. Ungraded means the capability is described in the architecture documents and its production readiness has not been signed off by engineering. Nothing on that list is presented as finished. If the primitive your system depends on is not in a state you can build against, the useful outcome of this form is learning that in the first reply rather than in the third month.
