The UNE token is the native utility token of the UniNet ecosystem. UNE tokens are used for transaction fees, staking, governance, and accessing premium services. The purchase and use of UNE tokens involves risks including price volatility and regulatory uncertainty. UNE tokens do not represent equity, ownership, or a right to dividends.
The UniNet platform, brand, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by UniNet Technology. Users retain ownership of content they create and host on the platform. By using the Services, you grant UniNet a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniNet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, data, profits, or business opportunities.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. UniNet does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet all of your requirements. Decentralized systems carry inherent risks that users accept by using the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
