By accessing or using UniNet Technology's platform, services, decentralized applications, wallet, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

UniNet provides a decentralized infrastructure platform that enables users to:

• Manage digital assets across multiple blockchain networks
• Create and manage a decentralized digital identity (UniNet ID)
• Host projects with decentralized immutability management
• Store files and data on decentralized storage infrastructure
• Execute peer-to-peer transactions with privacy features
• Create and customize personal blockchain environments

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create a UniNet account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, wallet keys, and recovery phrases. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Digital Assets and Wallet Services

UniNet provides wallet and asset management tools. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the network
• Digital asset values are volatile and subject to market risk
• UniNet does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• Lost private keys cannot be recovered by UniNet

5. Decentralized Hosting and Immutability

When you deploy projects or data through UniNet's decentralized hosting services, certain elements may be stored immutably on the blockchain. You are solely responsible for the content you host and must ensure it complies with applicable laws. UniNet provides governance tools for managing immutability settings of project components.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams
• Launder money or finance illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

7. UNE Token

The UNE token is the native utility token of the UniNet ecosystem. UNE tokens are used for transaction fees, staking, governance, and accessing premium services. The purchase and use of UNE tokens involves risks including price volatility and regulatory uncertainty. UNE tokens do not represent equity, ownership, or a right to dividends.

8. Intellectual Property

The UniNet platform, brand, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by UniNet Technology. Users retain ownership of content they create and host on the platform. By using the Services, you grant UniNet a limited license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniNet and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. UniNet does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet all of your requirements. Decentralized systems carry inherent risks that users accept by using the platform.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
